The Egyptian Respiratory Care Summit 2025

The Egyptian College of Critical Care Physicians (ECCCP) organized the inaugural edition of the Egyptian Respiratory Care Summit on 2 January , 2025.

The summit took place at Shebin El Kom Medical syndicate with the partcipation of critical care specialists in Egypt.

Dr Arzu Ari, Vice Dean Texas State University was the summit guest speaker . Dr Ari delivered the summit keynote lecture: Aerosol Drug Delivery in Acute Respiratory Failure: How to Do It and Why?

The summit program included lectures delivered by a panel of Egyptian speakers . The lectures were:

• Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation ECMO) in Respiratory Failure: Classic & New Applications, Prof. Alia A.Fattah

• Lung Ultrasound as an Aid for Weaning: Is it an answer for all questions? A.Prof Hanan Mostafa & A.Prof. May Ahmed Ali 
• The impact of Information Technology on Healthcare with a focus on Respiratory Disorders, Prof.  Lamiaa Hamid
